Old computers rock… I am using a three year old Sony VAIO Z505RX, it’s a p2-400. My main desktop machine (Linux, of course) is a P3-933, my server is a P3-833, but my other machines are dominated by a P2-266, a P1-133, and several old (some more than ten year old) Sun boxes. Linux runs on all of them! 😉 Many of you know that I have been working with Peter Ford on “SchoolBlogs”. Peter is a teacher at the British School of Amsterdam. I recently found out he’s been working all this time on a Pentium I windows95 machine with 16 Megs of Ram. Woah! He’s been Running “radio” on that machine as well! Today I’m dropping off a nice Powerbook with OSX, can’t wait to see the results of his upgrade 🙂 [Adam Curry: CurryDotCom]
