Fools

We are fooling ourselves – and the world – if we think that Saddam is going to let the world conduct thorough inspections in a manner that eradicates his weapons of mass destruction.


So much of what is happening today reminds me of the lessons of history that we seem to have forgotten:  Chamberlain and Hitler in Munich…

The Supremes

I agree with Lessig that the court has some great stuff on tap for this term.


Interestingly enough, I just finished Kenneth Star’s book First Among Equals about the Supreme Court on my earlier flight from Baltimore to Detroit.  Am now on yet another Northwest flight from Detroit to Boston.  At some point, I’ll see home 😉
