I just upgraded to ORiNOCO this past weekend – got a gold card for my main laptop and an AP-500 off of eBay. The signal strength is awesome. I still need to run ethernet and power up to the attic and place the access point there, but the difference is already clearly apparant. I can be wireless in the upstairs shitter now.
