Bill Clinton’s Law Review Article has hit the streets….

Paul Greenberg comments on Bill Clinton’s law review article (actually, seems like a speech reprinted as an essay), Progress and Paradox: The Realities of Globalization in the Twenty-First Century, 55 Ark. L. Rev. 235 (2002)   Paul writes:

How many other lawyers barred from practicing for five years in their home state — and also stripped of their license to argue before the Supreme Court of the United States — have been invited to adorn a law journal? It’s the equivalent of a Mafia don writing the lead article in some law enforcement journal.

My entertainment for tomorrow…

One word review of Minority Report: Riveting. As good as Silence of the Lambs. A dark vision of the not too distant future. Captivating. Clockwork Orangish. Great acting, great plot, something for your mind, a surprise around every corner. Some bloggers reported that the movie starts well but ends poorly, I have no idea what they’re talking about. I was sitting on the edge of my chair from beginning to end, enthralled and delighted and at times freaked out. I’ll see it again, for sure. [Scripting News]
